Included in the price you will find your parking space immediately in front of the entrance marked "My workplace". 

As soon as the booking has been confirmed and paid for, you will receive your personal entry code by email (ATTENTION: check the spam folder!). You can use it to go in and out in the booked time slot.

For regular bookings, you can also get access with your fingerprint, a badge or via an app if required and if you wish.

The distances and facilities  are chosen in such a way that the best possible discretion is guaranteed. With stylish wooden baffles along the walls, the acoustics are very pleasant. However  remains an "open space" workplace. If you would like to make a phone call without being disturbed, you can of course use the meeting room (unless this is booked/occupied). 

On site, we follow the measures and ordinances of the BAG. Masks are currently mandatory inside the building. At your workplace, wearing a mask is voluntary because of the sufficient distance to the other workplaces. As soon as you leave your workplace, current guidelines dictate putting the mask back on. We ask every visitor to act on their own responsibility and, above all, to use common sense in accordance with the currently applicable guidelines of the BAG.

A WiFi code with the login data is attached to each desk. The  guidelines for  use of the internet are in our terms and conditions.

We live from the fact that you are very uncomplicated, tidy up your workplace yourself, consume everything provided to a healthy extent and leave everything behind as you would like to find it again yourself. In addition, we are convinced that with such a fair offer, e.g. the number of copies or cups of coffee, you will consume as many as necessary and not as many as possible. Our goal is to have happy, hassle-free users who appreciate our great space and offering. 

The idea is that you can book the meeting room exclusively and have various services included in the package, such as a flip chart, beamer, drinks, etc. for all participants.

If the meeting room is free and you only use the space: feel free and use this space free of charge.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 minutes before your reservation date.

This building is owned by HR-Holding AG, Muri b. Berne, former "Ramseier + Jenzer AG".

This building was constructed in the 1960s for the purpose of car body production. Today we only rent the business and office space. 

"my workplace" is our pilot project and will start on November 5, 2021 in the newly renovated premises. 

We ask you to clean your workplace after cleaning it up with the disinfectant provided.If you are the last to leave the building, we ask that you turn off the lights and close the windows. In general, we depend on everyone leaving their workplace the way they would like to find it.

Status March 2021 according to the BAG: "Employers are obliged to arrange home office wherever this is possible due to the type of activity and can be implemented with reasonable effort." Our own four walls are often too small or it is difficult to keep the necessary concentration high in the long term due to various possible influencing factors. We offer you a great alternative: You have your space, your peace, your distance, your work, your security and your productivity.

We have newly acquired the professional "Sharp MX-2651 A3 Color Multifunction System" and it is at your free disposal.

Simply here too: Please everything in a normal proportionality and according to common sense. After logging into the WLAN you also have access to the printer. On your first visit, we will personally help you set up the driver and the various functions you need. 

Our friendly caretaker is responsible for the entire well-kept appearance of the complex and thus also the offices. We just assume that you leave no personal traces, be it in the toilet, at work or in the break room.

When booking you have the choice of 6 different workplace numbers. The photos show the workplace. However, you can still physically select your suitable workplace on site.

You have a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, crockery, a dishwasher  and a fridge at your disposal. 

"Es het wases het" and you're welcome to help yourself.

Of course we are happy about a small donation to the "cash box" ;-).

We greet each other but let each other work. Conversations and telephone calls are conducted at an appropriate volume and without loudspeakers. Please use common sense and be considerate of your neighbors.

Almost everyone agrees that daylight gives us the best light to work in a concentrated and effective manner. Its nature has a motivating and stimulating effect on us. With us, apart from workplaces 1 and 2, you will find all workplaces separately with their own desk right by the window with daylight. In addition, there is a dimmable stand lamp or office table lamp at the workplace, so that the optimal individual light setting can be made for the existing daylight.

We have a service contract with Sharp and pay:

- Black: 0.001 CHF/copy

- Color: 0.04 CHF/copy

We count on your honesty, that you please leave a message or feed our cow-bowl in the kitchen. :-)

up to 2 min. a full hour ago, you can select the next full time. As an example: It is 11:57 and you can still choose your workplace or the meeting room for 12:00. As soon as 11:59 a.m., you can select the first possible booking window at 1 p.m.

However, after selecting the first possible booking window, you are very welcome to enter and start immediately after receiving your personal access code! For example: It is 10:45 a.m. and the first possible time slot for a "full day's work" is 11:00 a.m. You book and pay for 11:00 a.m., receive your personal access code by email and can start immediately (e.g. even at 10:46 a.m.).

Therefore, the duration in hours was also generously selected:

- 1/2 day = 5 hours

- full day = 10 hours
